GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :
The hotel Les Terrasses du lac and the chalets are open from mid-April to mid-October of each year. See exact dates on rates for the current year.
The campsite is open from mid-April to the end of September each year. All our prices are net, taxes and services included.
Except on the prices of the Campsite and Rentals. Tax of stay in addition according to tariff in force. Rates apply throughout the entire opening period.
2. BOOKING CONDITIONS:
2.1- Your reservation will become firm and definitive only after confirmation of availability, by electronic or manual means (postal way), and receipt of your deposit (30%). The options are valid for 10 days. After this deadline the accommodation requests are returned to the sale.
2.2- The balance of the stay will be paid in cash upon arrival at the hotel and at the end of the stay for camping accommodation.
.3- For cottages, the balance of the stay must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. After this deadline, any customer who has not paid the balance will be considered as having cancelled his stay and the deposit will remain acquired at the Terrasses du Lac.
2.4- The definitive number of accommodation (room, chalet or pitch) will be determined by the reception on the day of arrival.
2.5- In case of late arrival or early departure, the totality of the booked stays will be due to the Terrasses du Lac. 2.6- In accordance with article R 121-2 of the Consumer Code, any consumer may resort to an out-of-court procedure and may refer the matter to a mediator for an amicable resolution of the dispute between him/her and a professional. 2.7- RIGHTS TO THE IMAGE: The acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer is deemed to be a defect of a contrary written information transmitted to the Sarl TLN on the day or at the latest before the end of the week of shooting for authorization of reproduction and representation of photographs and videos in case of reporting. As a consequence, the customer authorizes TLN Sarl to broadcast the images taken during its activity. The images can be used and used directly in all known and unknown forms and media without any limitation of duration (press, leaflet, poster, internet) to promote the activities of Sarl TLN. The customer acknowledges that he is fully satisfied with his rights and cannot be held responsible for the exploitation of the rights referred to in this paragraph.
3. ACCOMMODATIONS :
3.1- Accommodations are made available, according to custom, from 2pm on the day of arrival for the hotel/ 3pm for Rentals and until 10am on the day of departure. Camping pitches can be rented from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.
3.2- Catering services are offered to all our residents (Hotel, Chalets or Camping)
3.3- The half-board formula includes dinner, overnight stay and breakfast. Drinks are not included.
3.4- For the rentals, a deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking of the chalet or within a week if the check could not be done at the time of your departure.
3.5- In case of damage, the tenant undertakes to reimburse the repairs.
3.6- All clients are required to comply with the internal regulations of the Les Terrasses du lac site, under penalty of being excluded without any other formalities, and without any reimbursement whatsoever.
3.7- Pets are accepted with extra charge. They must be kept on a leash, vaccinated and customers must remove the dirt they cause. They are not allowed in the dining rooms.
3.8- The rental of accommodation is granted on a personal basis. The tenant will not be able under any circumstances to rent his accommodation.
4. METHODS OF PAYMENT
4.1- The accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
4.2- Holiday cheques from the ANCV are accepted.
4.3- The debit of your credit card, for 30% of your order (with a minimum of 50 euros), is carried out confirmation of the availability of accommodation requests. In case of unavailability of places, no bank debit is made.
5. CANCELLATION FEE
In the event of cancellation by the customer or the manager of the establishment, the following conditions apply:
- More than 30 days before departure = 10 euros (registration fee not refundable by cancellation insurance)
- From 30th to 21st day before departure: 25% of the amount of the stay.
- From 20th to 8th day before departure: 50% of the amount of the stay.
- From 7th to 3rd day before departure: 75% of the amount of the stay. Less than 3 days before departure 100% of the amount of the stay.
- No presentation at the hotel, Chalet or Camping (No-Show): 100% of the total amount of the stay including all the services purchased at the time of booking.
- Any departure in advance does not exempt from the original reservation. cancellation insurance can be taken out when booking.
It applies when this cancellation is notified BEFORE THE ARRIVAL and is consecutive to the occurrence of one of the following events: Loss of employment, Dismissal, professional transfer, Pregnancy complications and their consequences, Serious damages immobilizing your vehicle, Deaths, serious accident or serious illness, Serious damage caused by fire, explosion, water damage, or causes by the forces of nature to your professional or private premises.
