  • ARE WE REALLY BY THE LAKE?

    Yes. The hotel is located right by the water.

    The campsite is on the hill overlooking the lake, there are 200 metres between the pitches and the beach.

  • ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

    Dogs are accepted on the establishment but kept on a leash and for an extra charge of €3.30 on the campsite and €6 at the hotel.

    However, they are not allowed in the restaurant.

  • HOW DOES THE CHILDREN'S CLUB WORK?

    The children's club is a free service that is offered to all our customers (Hotel, Camping etc...)

    We ask that children be autonomous and do not require permanent attention in order to enjoy the children's club. After this rule, there is no minimum and maximum age.

     

    Two formulas are possible:

    - You take and register your children, they will be supervised by the animator who will wait for you to return to free your child.

    - Your children are free to come and enjoy and leave the activities as they wish if they have not been registered by you.

     

    On Thursdays, we can keep the children all day long, we take them to the restaurant, a participation of 7€ will be asked of you.

  • WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE POOL? IS IT HEATED?

    The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September from 9am to 9pm. It is closed during bad weather.

    It is heated between 24 and 27°c in season (July-August) but the establishment being located at 1000M altitude, temperatures are variable between the beginning and end of the day.

  • WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT?

    The reception and all common areas are open between 8am and 10pm.

  • CAN I BOOK THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY ON SITE?

    I am not obliged to plan my stay in advance, I can easily book my restaurant on site. On the other hand, in July and August there are people, if I want to eat at the time of my choice, it is therefore preferable that I think to book when I arrive.

  • WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

    We accept cash, CB Visa, Mastercard & Amex.

  • CAN I BOOK ONLINE AND PAY WITH CASH?

    Yes, I must finalize the reservation with my credit card which will serve as a guarantee and indicate in the comments section "DO NOT DEBIT PAYMENT ON PLACE IN CASH". So we will take good note of it and see it together on site when you arrive.

  • WHAT ARE THE BOOKING PROCEDURES?

    We ask for 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit at the time of booking.

    For rental chalets, the balance of the reservation must be paid 4 weeks in advance.

  • WHAT IS THE TOURIST TAX?

    The tourist tax is the local tax which is to be added to your proforma of stay. It is valid for all persons over 7 years of age and is 40 cents per day per person.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION, IS THAT NORMAL?

    Unfortunately, they very often go through SPAM, so don't forget to check!

  • WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

  • AT WHAT TIME CAN I PICK UP MY ACCOMMODATION?

    The keys will be given to you at 3pm.

    For the campsite you can arrive and use your pitch from 12pm.

    For all our customers, all our services (swimming pool, children's club, picnic area etc.) are open to you in the morning if you arrive earlier.

  • AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE MY ACCOMMODATION?

    The keys must be returned before 10am.

    For camping you must return it before 12pm.

    For all our customers, all our services (swimming pool, children's club, picnic area etc.) are open to you after the official departure time.

  • HOW CAN I ACCESS THE FACILITY?

    By car, or by train at Langogne station.

  • WHERE CAN I GO SHOPPING?

    There is an intermarket and a Carrefour Contact in Langogne (3 km).

  • WHERE CAN I PUT SOME GAS?

    There is a total access, a Carrefour contact, & an Intermarché in Langogne.

  • CAN I PARK NEXT TO THE HOTEL?

    Yes, the hotel is surrounded by free parking, under your responsibility.
