ARE WE REALLY BY THE LAKE

Yes, the hotel is located right on the water's edge.

The campsite is on the hill overlooking the lake, there are 200 metres between the pitches and the beach.

 

ARE DOGS ALLOWED

Dogs are allowed on the campsite but must be kept on a lead and for an extra charge of 3.30€ on the campsite and 6€ at the hotel.

They are not allowed in the restaurant.

 

HOW DOES THE KIDS' CLUB WORK

The children's club is a free service offered to all our clients (Hotel, Campsite etc.)

There is no minimum or maximum age, but we ask that children are autonomous and do not require constant attention in order to benefit from the children's club.

Two options are available:

You bring and register your children, they will be supervised by the activity leader who will wait until you return to release your child.Your children are free to come and go as they please if they have not been registered by you.

On Thursdays, we can keep the children all day, we take them to the restaurant, a contribution of 7€ will be asked.

 

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE SWIMMING POOL? IS IT HEATED

The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September from 9am to 9pm. It is closed during bad weather.

It is heated between 24 and 27°c in season (July-August) but as the establishment is located at 1000M altitude, temperatures vary between the beginning and end of the day.

 

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

The reception and all common areas are open between 8am and 10pm.

CAN I BOOK THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY ON SITE

I don't have to plan my stay in advance, I can easily book my restaurant on the spot.

However, in July and August it is very busy, so if I want to eat at the time of my choice, it is preferable to make a reservation when I arrive.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED

We accept:

- cash,

- cheques made out to "Les Terrasses du Lac

- ANCV holiday vouchers with no limit on the amount

- CB Visa, Mastercard & Amex

 

CAN I BOOK ONLINE AND PAY WITH HOLIDAY VOUCHERS OR CASH

Yes, I have to finalize the reservation with my credit card which will be used as a guarantee and indicate in the comments section "DO NOT PAY ON THE SPOT WITH HOLIDAY CHEQUES / CASH".

This way we will take note of it and we will check it together on the spot when you arrive.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN SEVERAL INSTALMENTS

Yes, you have to send the different payment cheques with the mention "DO NOT CASH BEFORE DATE" written on the back.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A VACAF GRANT

You need to send us your stay project (date, chosen accommodation, number of people etc...), your department of residence and your VACAF number.

We will then be able to draw up an estimate and apply for assistance from VACAF.

We will come back to you with a final preforma indicating the remaining costs.

If you validate and upon payment of the deposit, the stay will be validated.

 

WHAT ARE THE BOOKING PROCEDURES

We ask for 30% of the amount of the stay as a deposit at the time of booking.

For the rented chalets, the balance of the reservation must be paid 4 weeks in advance.

I can pay directly online on the website by credit card or :

- By transfer to the following account: IBAN FR76 1350 6100 0036 1401 2000 039 / BIC AGRIFRPP835

- By paypal : tln@naussac.com

- Or by cheque made out to Les Terrasses du Lac and sent to "Les Terrasses du Lac - 48300 Langogne".

 

WHAT IS THE TOURIST TAX 

The tourist tax is the local tax which is to be added to your proforma of stay.

It is to be paid for all persons over 7 years old and is 40 cents per day and per person.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION, IS THIS NORMAL

Confirmation emails are sent automatically but unfortunately they often go to SPAM, so please check in the corresponding folder!

WHAT TIME CAN I COLLECT MY ACCOMMODATION

The keys will be given to you at 3pm.

For the campsite, you can arrive and have your pitch at your disposal from 12 noon.

For all our clients, all our services (swimming pool, children's club, picnic area, etc.) are open to you from the morning if you arrive earlier.

 

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE MY ACCOMMODATION

The keys must be returned before 10am.

For the campsite you must return it before 12 noon.

For all our guests, all our services (swimming pool, children's club, picnic area, etc.) are open to you after the official departure time.

 

COMMENT PUIS-JE ACCÉDER À L’ÉTABLISSEMENT ?HOW CAN I GET TO THE ESTABLISHMENT

By car, or by train from Langogne station.

 

WHERE CAN I GO SHOPPING

There is an Intermarché and a Carrefour Contact in Langogne (3 km).

 

WHERE CAN I PUT PETROL

There is a Total Access, a Carrefour Contact, & an Intermarché in Langogne.

 

CAN I PARK NEXT TO THE HOTEL

Yes, the hotel is surrounded by free parking, under your responsibility.
